Due to the nature of the products offered — including books, digital downloads, audio programs, mini-courses, and coaching sessions — we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed. Physical book orders are printed and fulfilled on demand, and as such, cannot be refunded once processing has begun.
